Listen, part of the reason I prefer to shop with QVC is that your shows don't just have people saying "buy, buy, buy," but have people explaining how to use a product, particularly useful for make-up. Now, this doesn't happen every make-up show, but it certainly happens often enough to be noticeable -- and annoying -- just when someone says, "now, watch very carefully as I do this," or words to that effect, just when you would think the camera would move in tighter, BAM, the directer switches back to the still of the product. Seriously, how many times do we need to see that image? Or the way the product has been beautifully arranged on stage? DON'T CARE. Even if you really, truly, feel obligated to show that regularly, the timing is often just bizarre. I finally reached the point where I felt I would mention it, it's just gotten that old.
