Difficulty Getting through to Customer Service

Is there a trick to getting through to Customer Service?  I am beyond frustrated.

 

I don't buy from QVC very much anymore (and I've never bought food), but so many people rave about the potstickers, so I gave them a try.  I'm a big fan of salt, but these taste like pure salt.  Absolutely awful, with a horrible, odd aftertaste. Something definitely seems off.  Bottom line:  I want my money back.

 

I have been trying to speak to someone for the past 4 days.  I expected things to be not as efficient now, but I have been left on hold for very long periods of time, passed from one rep to the next, etc.  Everyone I speak to (when I'm lucky enough to actually speak to someone) says, 'Oh, you need to talk to CS".  They then abruptly transfer me, and the same exact thing happens.  Obnoxiously long wait time and/or another rep telling me she'll transfer me to CS.  Over and over, round and round.  I have never gotten further than, "I received an order and....."  One rep gave me a different phone number to call, but it made no difference.

 

Today I waited on hold for one hour and 31 minutes before I finally hung up.  Is this how QVC is doing business now?  And does anyone know how to actually get through to someone who can help?

The correct phone # for customer service is 1 800 367 9444.  Then press 0 to speak to a customer service person.  It is still difficult to get through.  I tried 6 times last night and was either hung up on or got a busy signal.  Finally on the 7th time I got through.  The best time to try is first thing in the morning.  They start at 7 AM eastern time.  Good luck!

Sounds like awful service.  

 

My cable company to me I have to wait for a callback, up to 7 days.  😐.  People need to start working again, even if it goes slowly.

@NYC Susan   I've had to call a couple times during the last few days and the most I've ever had to wait was 5 minutes. I've never had any problem getting through. I will admit the rep yesterday needs an attitude adjustment as she was quite rude, not the friendly CS rep I'm used to.

Customer Service help this morning. The QVC Social Team gives outstanding --including kind and polite as well as prompt-- customer service.
This QVC staff is superb!
