Is there a trick to getting through to Customer Service? I am beyond frustrated.
I don't buy from QVC very much anymore (and I've never bought food), but so many people rave about the potstickers, so I gave them a try. I'm a big fan of salt, but these taste like pure salt. Absolutely awful, with a horrible, odd aftertaste. Something definitely seems off. Bottom line: I want my money back.
I have been trying to speak to someone for the past 4 days. I expected things to be not as efficient now, but I have been left on hold for very long periods of time, passed from one rep to the next, etc. Everyone I speak to (when I'm lucky enough to actually speak to someone) says, 'Oh, you need to talk to CS". They then abruptly transfer me, and the same exact thing happens. Obnoxiously long wait time and/or another rep telling me she'll transfer me to CS. Over and over, round and round. I have never gotten further than, "I received an order and....." One rep gave me a different phone number to call, but it made no difference.
Today I waited on hold for one hour and 31 minutes before I finally hung up. Is this how QVC is doing business now? And does anyone know how to actually get through to someone who can help?
