Gary Goben is not the name of the design but he is the designer.

@Luvsmyfam I have a membership and when I joined years ago I was able to get one  for my son at no cost. He's a family man and uses it a lot so it's worth it to me

I got my hearing aids and glasses there years ago and do buy bulk TP, multi-paks of Dove soap and a few other things but I see your point.

Personally, I think Denim & Co is better quality than Isaac and most other designers on QVC.

As for Cameron Bure, I only purchased one item and it is good quality, but can't say her entire line is good quality.  Isaac leaves me hanging.  He used to make some very nice clothing when he was in department stores years ago' but it cost a lot more.  Quality has gone down since QVC.

Denim & Co doesn't have the name, but that's just it.  Some recognizable big names are not quality.  We pay higher prices for the name.

As for rising prices elsewhere...I agree not nearly as much as QVC.

Totally agree about denim and co quality-I'm still wearng pieces that i bought 25 years ago and they are in great shape.

I tend to agree with the OP. Denim & Co. is a very casual brand, so pricing should reflect that. For me, I prefer Issac's clothes because of the material and styling. D & C charges $40.00 for a top that I could buy for half price at Costco or Kohl's. Kim Gravel's line is one I didn't care for.

To me,  D and C quality is  above anything that I've seen at Costco or Kohls and I do shop at both of those stores frequently.and I'm also plus-sized so those stores often don't have my size..

Denim and Company clothes wash so well-to me, that is a sign of very good quality. Very nice fabrics and well made pieces!

Sherri - we're a household of only 2, yet we keep the basic Costco membership to avoid empty shelve issues and keep our expenses at a minimum. My membership is $65 a year & I'm certain that I save that amount every month in clothing, Rxs, foods, household goods, and gas! My daughter will shop in WalMart occasionally and comes home disgusted with quality, customer service and prices. They also have a lot of empty shelves.

I once had an outdoor swing for about 10 years, but the fabric shredded in AZ's sun. Costco gave me 100% refund (without a sales receipt). Where else can you get better customer service then that?

Calc Girl - I used to buy a lot of Macy's tops for summer wear here in AZ, but their prices and quality seem to be off this last year or two. (less cotton, slightly higher prices) I still keep an eye on them however, and more on LLBean, and other sites. The BEST prices and quality are now in Costco...and, if I don't find my size in store, I'll buy it on their site for a couple dollars more (but these don't charge shipping, so it balances out).

Whatever you do, don't buy D & C's "duo stretch" pants. They are horrible & thin. I tried their capris and couldn't believe how cheaply made and over-priced they are.

@PhilaLady1 ..........Oh yes the age comment and all of the other "old lady" comments are meant to be mean.  Its derogatory and meant as a negative.  Dont kid yourself.

I'm older myself...but I wouldn't wear D&C, Liquid Knit or other styles Q presents as I find them Dowdy  and unstylish.

I.    I.  am older and have used the term 'old lady' heaven forbid. Dowdy is more explicit. I agree the Q lines mentioned above, imo, are dowdy. I find the way Carolyn and Mary Beth dress to be dowdy.
