Not a fan of a front seam top at all and I doubt it makes anyone look slimmer.  Just anothere gimmick to sell. Cat Frustrated

That picture reminds me of my high school days back in the dark ages before pantyhose were "invented."

 

Our uniform required that we wear stockings with seams. (Seamless hose weren't all that common.)

 

One of the girls decided it was too hot to wear stockings, so drew a line up the back of her legs with an eyebrow pencil.

I don't mind front seams, but what I really don't like are bust darts. I won't but anything with them in. They never seem to hit me at the right spot and then look awful on me.

I like front seams on pants and I can wear them well.

I don't like the center seam.  I don't think it is flattering.  I have one Denim & Co top with a center seam from years ago.  I only wear it in the house.
