Re: Deliveries taking longer

Here's my complaint.  Now you order and they don't allow cancellations so much quicker.  I have been known to have second thoughts and cancel the next day.  Now they lock you out obviously because the product is now SITTING in the PROCESSING statis for days!!!

That just contributes to the RETURNING PRODUCTS PROBLEM.

I was wondering the same thing.  Why the extra time to ship?  I ordered some items six days ago and the status still says processing.

Re: Deliveries taking longer

I agree, it is taking longer to receive items now.   I'm alos not able to get any tracking information on several orders.  What is that all about?  I'm not ordering for awhile, just get so aggravated with it all at times!

Re: Deliveries taking longer

Considering the weekend AND a holiday, I'm not surprised things might take a few extra days.

@Chatyone 2When I saw your post, I did track the 2 items coming here. Based on the tracking data, I expect both to arrive before their EDD's.  That's good enough for me.

Re: Deliveries taking longer

I still have an order  in process since the order date of 9/2 and as I have previously stated in other post about this issue, packages are sent from the east coast past me to Kansas City then back to my location near St. Louis and delivered by USPS. I don't get it but that's the process. Makes me wonder about ordering Christmas gifts from QVC and getting them on time. Having second thoughts

Re: Deliveries taking longer

@Goodie2shoes  I'd never order from any company so close to Christmas if I knew I couldn't deal with a delivery problem.  Lots of companies hit snags.

Last winter in one week's time, I had 3 packages delivered right to my front door.  Too bad they weren't mine.  All those pachages were Amazon.  Imagine if I'd been away for a week or two or were a "keeper" kind of neighbor!

@Goodie2shoes

Me too. I ordered a top on Q on 9/2 and it's still in process, but cannot cancel.

On the other hand, I ordered something from Amazon 2 days ago and it was delivered today and I do not have Amazon Prime.

AND, it was a USPS hand-off for delivery......

Re: Deliveries taking longer

I don't think the shipping takes longer.  It is the "In Process" that is so long.  Now that QVC uses mail innovations, it takes a day longer to deliver to post office and then me.

Re: Deliveries taking longer

I agree with the deliveries taking longer and when some host say we will have our package in 5 to 7 days, I want to scream. I've had orders sitting. "In process" that long! Right now I have a pkg in IL for days. This problem needs to be addressed.
