I now am rethinking ordering from QVC,tried to cancel an order that has a ten day delivery window,was told,it's " in process",and can't be canceled! Ridiculous,I ordered an expensive face cream from Germany,with free shipping to the US,and it was at my door in three days!!! Like I said,I will be buying elsewhere,this is bad customer service!And no excuses please,Germany is in the same situation we are in.
