Deleted Credit Card But Keeps Re-Appearing!

Yesterday, I deleted all my credit card info on file here due to the completely rotten way of QVC's handling of the hacking event. I called to get all my upcoming easy pays paid off, then checked my account on line a few hours later. Yep, my credit card was back on! I called CS again, asked them to delete it and she did. I was able to verify on line that I had no cards on file. This morning, I checked again just to make sure. Guess what? My credit card was back on my account! Really?? UNACCEPTABLE once again. What kind of company is this?????
