Dear QVC..........My policy on processing and shipping

I will now be cancelling any orders that you do not process and ship in a 3 day period. I will also send back any orders that do not arrive within the "ten day limit" or 3 days after your EDD (which ever is longer).

This is my new policy and I hope it coincides with yours on returns and cancellations.
