I agree.  I don't normally watch QVC live anymore, but wanted to check out some things for the kitchen and at first I was really surprised.  But, yes, he looks good and good for him!

I saw him on a Facebook live yesterday.  He's doing a "David version" combo of keto/low carb and has changed his eating times.

it is obvious that David loves good food, and that is what is so hard for almost all of us too. He seems like such a nice person, as hard as it is, he will not regret losing this excess weight as he gets older.

@SharkE   About those squirrels on D&Co. shows... watched their latest presentation and CG was trying to mount the little critter on a dress rack, talking in an infantile voice.  Surprise this is allowed as it weirds me out and is sort of unprofessional.
