David cooking Rastelli Filet Mignons...

Oh my - my mouth is watering watching David and the vendor cook these filet mignons!  I've never tried this brand before and it sure looks delicious.

They've cooked so much steak.  What happens to all the food?  I hope it doesn't go to waste.

@San Antonio Gal   Last night, at the end if the midnight show, all the crew lined up with plates and got meat.  Some of it is just for display and probably sits under hot lights for twenty four hours so its unfit for consumption.

I'm sure sick of hours and hours of watching David cut up a piece of meat.....or would be if I watched.  Adding a big lump of butter to a steak turns my stomach.

To me the steaks sure look good!  I watched a little bit of the presentation, the part with the butter!   We don't eat those types of meals often, but for a special occasion or holiday dinner -  YUM !

The Q's chefs and set designers really know how to tempt us with everything. They make it all look so delicious and display it perfectly.

Being an average cook it would turn out nothing like they show for me.

Well that staff sure ate well last night @Kachina624 .  I guess they'll eat well today too.

It's been awhile since I had a good filet @LillyBee2 .

The steak should be able to be cut with a fork. I never see them do that. In the past Mr. Rostell I did do that.

@Kachina624    I thought it was just me...I can't watch any "meat squeezing" shows.  It is worse when they have pink meat or fish....like ham or salmon.  I know many people love it..but I have never found any that I really like.  🤷🏻‍♀️

I was watching the midnight presentation last night and they looked absolutely mouth watering.

Butcher Rostelli sure knows how to cook a yummy steak. He also mentioned that he has included directions on how to cook them to obtain the same results that he does.

I am still thinking about it.

I understand that they  cook and display food products , but it is really a waste to have so many food items just sit on display or cooked so the Hosts and Rep can push , squeeze or tear the food item.  If there is so much money in the budget to waste this food , than why don't they donate it to the local  mission. There are so many children going hungry in the country . Feed the children not staff who are working and don't need a meal handout like homeless children
