David and Steve gave a perfect lesson for Gourmet Holiday shows should be

What a delight to see David and Steve do a Gourmet Holiday together.    They were a team, not trying to overshadow the other host.   Pure respect for each other, the vendor, and the food sold.   No talking over each other or the vendor, no fighting for the perfect camera shot, no stuffing their face with mouthful after mouthful and getting the camera to see them eating!   No manhandling the food.   Their reactions to the taste of the food seemed more natural and not acting for the camera.   

 

The other hosts who do these shows well are Jane, Rick, Pat, and Sandra.
