They've got to watch their budget.  No more studio space; televise from broom closet.  Very cozy, intimate.

Re: David In His Dressing Room

I never watch David or his ITKWD so watching him in a tiny dressing room is very unappealing to me.  On tge other hand I watched Shawn's first show called Getting Unready and I thiught she was very comical but once was enough,  What fascinated me were the commenters gushing all over her.  I just don't get it.

Re: David In His Dressing Room

I like watching the female hosts in their dressing rooms. Not so much David selling boring items. 😂

My favorites livestreams are when Amy Stran shows off her Studio Park Collection before they’re presented on air. SNEAK PEEKS !!

I’ve watched Courtney get ready to go on air doing makeup too.

But none of these are actual shows taking up air time on Q1 or Q2. 😉

They are merely LIVESTREAMS. Big difference.

If QVC is going to be selling using ON AIR hour long time slots MAYBE it’s because they are noticing customers want more personal time with their favorite hosts.
Since you can chat online with them as they’re selling from their dressing rooms ??

And I noticed A LOT of fans in the chat are watching ! 😊

Re: David In His Dressing Room

Are these  " in their dressing room closet shows " similiar to their TikTok shows ?   QVC is on 3 different channels where I live plus  another  channel for HSN, so 4 total for  this company. Alot of times you will see the same Host on 2 of the channels  showcasing different products at the same time .

TikTok is totally different way to present. Much faster selling without being able to communicate with the Host. Whereas the dressing room sells are laid back.

I ❤️ TikTok !

Re: David In His Dressing Room

And what is the purpose of his show?? I can barely watch him anymore these days--he talks so flipping fast and goes on and on about mostly nothing---sorry but not a thing for me.

Ha! I think this is a great idea, since they're always talking about the need to have so much stuff ready in the "gift closet"!

I am sorry, but I have a hard time believing, or digesting that QVC  customers want more on air time with their favorite hosts to talk with them in the dressing rooms.    I hear lol the time customers saying they want more products on air and less chatting about family, and trivial stuff. Maybe a few customers that are in to the hosts nd everything they do.  But I don't see the majority I'd customers wanting more chat time.  But why do I know. I shop online to,avoid the hosts.
I don't think the dressing room shows are a bad idea, they are different. But I can't see all the shows like this.
