You just said it...Dan.

No, another male host was let go too. Balding, lived on a farm. Name escapes me...

@ellaphant The other poster is trying to tell you that you just said the name of the host whose name you can't remember...Dan (Hughs).

@LuvSoCal I know who DH is. There was another male, balding host who was let go. Can't remember his nane. He posted about how unfair it was if I remember people saying.

Do you recall his name?

He seems like a very nice guy and I felt so bad when his wife was ill and passed.  However, as a host, I don't miss him.

@ellaphant, I think the other host your referring to was Dave James. He was going bald and kinda of put you to sleep also. I'm not for sure if he had a farm.

Dan looks the same to me. I've always liked him a lot. He has a professional, kind demeanor. I wish I had tuned in.

@Effie54 Dan said he will be back in November.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I think all who were let go, their sales were not doing well for the number of years there and their large salaries.

If they were big sellers, like Dave, they would not let them go.

Unlike many other careers, how you did a few years back, doesn't count.

Thanks, @Imaoldhippie . I didn't know that. Was he the one who lost his wife?

I never watched either Dan; just looked in while surfing.
