I saw a photo of Dan Wheeler and his new bride.  She is absolutely stunning!!  I wondered how old Dan could be so I Googled it and it said he was born in 1977, which would would make him 45.  He is not ancient, but I don't believe that he is just 45.  Anyone have an idea of his age?  His first wife passed away at age 61 about 6 or 7 years ago, so I assume he is in his late 60's.  It just threw me that in more than one place it listed his birth year as 1977.

Dan's bride looks younger and it made me think about his age, not that it matters!!

I think that's wrong.  It probably should have said born in 1957.

It must have been another Dan Wheeler you saw because was on QVC for 29 years and that would mean he started at age 15 which he didn't.

I think he is in his 60's but not sure.

Wrong Dan Wheeler. The DW you found who's 45 is a baseball player. Am sure the Q DW is in his mid to later 60s.

I looked him up and he graduated from Evangel college in 1977.

He's definitely much older than 45.  My guess is mid to late 60s.

Since that was the wrong Dan Wheeler, I'm guessing you saw the wrong new Mrs. Dan Wheeler??

I don't often watch Q anymore---too many changes and all the hosts no longer dressed properly and looking profesional. Now they look like they just got out of bed.

Anyway, where are Dan Wheeler and Carolyn (the animal lover)? Did they

retire?

Dan Wheeler quit some years ago and is now involved in a ministry.  He just got remarried.

Dan Hughes and Carolyn Gracie recently got laid off, along with 398 other QVC employees.

Wow I didn't know the Q was getting rid of the classy and proper hosts for the kids they have now. I saw one the other night who looked and acted like a teenager, and drinking wine to boot. Acting like that is not the way I was raised, so I don't watch except to pass by and move on to other channels.

I used to buy beautiful jewelry from Judith Ripka, Barbara Bixby, and others. Q has nothing these days---most looks like I could find it in the thrift store if I ever went in there.

It's sad that what was once a high-end business is now mostly selling basement leftovers when I pass by.
