Good luck Dan! Doing what you love is great

Just a note to say that Dan and Carolyn both hail from my state of Indiana...not too far form where I was born. Jill Baur's grand-parents liveed here and I believe Nancy Hornback is from here, too. I hope they are all doing well. They all entertained QVC people for years.  While I don't watch much anymore (I prefer to look up one video) I remember those days and they entertained us well. DH liked Dan's "race driving" shows.

I certainly wish Dan well...really well! His humor was very dry. There was a time or two I spit out my Diet Coke laughing at one of his "remarks."

He thinks he's funny. He spent a lot of time cracking lame jokes. Maybe that's part of the reason QVC gave him "the hook." 😝

A question for those that did not find Dan funny or found him corny, did any of you ever see Bob Saget's stage comedy?  No resemblance to Danny Tanner.

@Marp   That would be an eye-opener wouldn't it - if Dan Hughes on-stage turned into Bob Saget!  I doubt it will happen though.

I watched those 'race driving' shows too.

They were hilarious.  Dan was interviewing one driver in particular - he had a ten-gallon hat and dark sunglasses - they had the best time talking about the model cars ect. 

There were several shows that were entertaining.

I bet it's gonna be hard doing stand up comedy from underneath that PA Turnpike overpass where he and Carolyn ended up after they were fired from QVC!!!  SOOO much tractor trailer traffic!!!
