Daily QVC App Texts Are Annoying Me

Since I have downloaded the QVC app I am getting daily texts that say the app has a message for me. I go into the app and there is no message - other than the daily offerings. Becoming annoying and intrusive - may have to poof the app! Anyone else having this issue ?
