I went over my credit card statement this morning, and everything looks fine.  There is one card that I use for only QVC purchases, so it's very easy to keep track.  I also compared my statements with my QVC account, and all my easy pay items look to be in order as well.

My email gave the specific date of Jan. 24th, so that makes it easier to check. Certainly no excuse for this ever to happen in the first place.
