Honestly, I am so over QVC and its liberating.   I sent two items to be exchanged one for a different color and the other for the next size in a shpe.  Both items are still available in the colors and sizes I requested and were when I sent them back for the exchange.  I had to inquire of customer service after almost 3 weeks of waiting only to get a response saying they were unable to complete the exchange and they issued a refund.  When I wrote back saying both items are still available in the color and size, they said oh well, too bad - but feel free to reorder the items.   Their customer service is by far one of the worst in the retail business and therefore I have decided they have nothing I need that I cant find elsewhere with free shipping and better prices
