@Helen852 -the difference is you can cancel an order on Amazon but can't on QVC.  Once the order is in processing (within minutes) you are at the mercy of QVC.  Very rarely do I have any issues with Amazon.

@jbach after at least 2 weeks 2 of the orders finally shipped guess I’ll be waiting 2 more weeks for the others.

If shipping issues don't get better, Q needs to set Thanksgiving as the deadline this year to receive items in time for Christmas delivery.  Sad but true.
