D & C on QVC2

Watching Julia today & she seems to be doing a great job. Very thorough in descriptions. However, she always looks nervous, but then again, I guess they all are.

Surprised Gary hasn't popped in as he usually doesn't miss an opportunity to appear even when D&C has only one item in the program.

Gary did a Skype appearance on his early morning show today. Had a very hoarse voice and acted as though he didn't feel well. He did minimal talking with Ali as host.

Julia keeps talking about personal stuff with no relation to the clothes she is presenting. I don't need to know about her walking her dog or falling asleep on her terrace. And what is with her hair? No comb around?

I only caught a few minutes of Gary with Shawn Friday night. His voice was almost gone at that point.

He said it was a long day (TSV) and he had lost his voice from talking so much.

Probably still recuperating from Friday and they gave him some time off.

I thought Gary had a stuffy nose. He was a trooper for making an appearance at all. He was visibly ill.

@On It The TSV days really seem to take a toll on Gary more than any other presenter. He's always at the point of exhaustion by day's end and is slow to recover. That sort of grind is hard on older folks.

AWWW....I am really sorry to hear Gary is sick. Just found out. I do like him - just think it's humorous how he seems to like being in the shows instead of on skype. Hope he feels better soon.

She was talking about bermuda shorts and kept giving colors but no inseam. She even mentioned she forgot and would go back and inform us. It never came up. I don't remember seeing any measurements on the screen. I changed the channel.
