I'm really unhappy right now!
I just checked my account and noticed an auto-delivery wasn't shipped, next to the information under "my account" was ---call us. So, I called customer service. The payment was denied by my bank, the issuer of my credit card. I was stunned, because I knew it should have gone right through.
Here's what happened, in early May, I had to get a new card, so I called QVC customer service and told them to remove the old card # from my account and to only use the new one. I was assured that it was taken care of, the old card # was deleted and the new card info entered.
When I called today, I was told not only was the auto delivery payment refused, but I was late on several ez pays. All due to the fact that QVC was using the old card info.
How in the world does this happen? I asked the rep that question, and his reply - someone didn't do what they said they did. In other words, my old card info was still in the system. Holy cow!
I'm becoming more and more convinced that I should not order anything from QVC.
