Customer Top Rated - Did they revise their formula?

Didn't the hosts used to say that it takes many reviews of over 4 stars to become a "customer top rated" item. It was not an easy rating to achieve. Recently I am noticing so many having that rating with as low as 10 reviews. Yes all ten were 5 stars, but when half those ratings come from people who became member and put up review on same day.. hmmmm that looks fishy. I am beginning to think that "great reviews" are actually being planted on some of the items.
