Called customer service about a bad patio umbrella over a month ago. Was told by representative to ship back (at my cost) for a refund. Once they received the umbrella they reshipped back to me - no refund?! When I got the shipment notice by email, I called them. To my surprise they are expecting me to reship the umbrella (again at my cost) and wait for the refund? HMMMM... I will be out over $40 in shipping charges without a single cent credited back to me - NO ONE in customer service cares that I am out this money while I wait even longer for my refund.
To top it off - I can't even get a supervisor that cares about this at all. I'm going to be stuck with reshipping this umbrella and not getting but a net of $20 for it (by the time I paid for 2 reshippment fees). THAT'S NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!
Customer service REFUSES to do anything but EXPECT ME to pay more shipping of this umbrella across the country.
CRAZY! I've never experienced anything like it.
