I think it's totally wrong for QVC to try to involve their customers in something that is really a very private, personal event. These people, no matter how wonderful, are not our friends and we are remarkably insignificant part of their lives.

Exactly. I don't care one way or the other because I think it's all pretty silly but my biggest problem is I think it's all a load of bull because all this has to have been decided by now. Her wedding is less than 2 months away.

To the poster who thinks Shawn kept her wedding quiet???????? You must not have been around for that. Outside of the fact that she didn't outright reveal the actual date beforehand, Shawn talked about on air and posted about on her FB page, everything regarding her wedding.

Funny you mention such a thing because I've heard Amy say on many occasions that she wants to show her QVC "Friends", aka the audience, baby Bree. So I suspect we will be seeing Bree making her television debut just around the corner. It truly is appalling!!

I can't get over how many pics Amy shows of her daughter on FB (and let's not talk about how everything that comes out of her mouth seems to relate to "BREE"). If someone ever wanted to find Amy's little family, it wouldn't be that difficult to do. She puts so much personal info out there that can easily be pieced together.

As for the whole Courtney thing, it's all so contrived. I'm left with my jaw hanging open as I cannot believe QVC things we the viewer just fell off the turnip truck yesterday. Like Courtney is going to use ANY of OUR ideas regarding her wedding. Do people really believe this?!??? Why yes they do,…just take a peek at QVC's FB page or Courtney's and you'll see just how many people are interested!! WOW!

The day that Amy decided to post the photo of poor baby Bree from behind with a mess on the back of her outfit from a diaper blowout is the last day I ever went to her page. That was in such poor taste and I don't understand putting your baby all over your public page, especially photos like that or of her being bathed.

I didn't realize there was a poll associated with Courtney's wedding. I just thought it was tied into QVC items.

Amy's QVC FB page is not appropriate. I'm sorry. Some of her pictures should not be shared with QVC customers. I didn't see the diaper blowout. Why would anybody put that on a FB page anyway...

Courtney does seem to have a lot of fans who might be interested in all this hoopla. I don't believe for a minute though that she isn't being compensated in some way. I will probably tune in to the Say Yes to the Dress episode featuring her. Q probably footed the bill for her dress. I'm sure she's being comped a lot of things for her wedding by allowing Q to promote it as they are.

Another ITA. Didn't these hosts learn their lesson when they had to stop publishing their schedules because of the Lisa incident. I think these hosts in an effort to make more money are playing with "fire".

no i was referring to publicity/info about her vacations, her work outs, decorations in her actual home, 10 things you didn't know about Lisa - Lisa on Facebook, Lisa at her LRS page - etc. i am somewhat surprised she opens herself up for this considering the problem she had, though.
