I'm watching PM style and I don't know if it's her accent or her mic is

covered up but I could't understand what she was saying.  Thank goodness

Was it the woman with the British accent?  I have seen her stand in for Issac several times.  She does have a strong accent but I have been able to understand her with no problem.  Maybe 6 seasons of Downton Abbey have accustomed me to the accent.

That's Jackie, Issac's rep. She styles a lot of stars according to Issac.   Her accent can get quite harsh at times.

She speaks too fast, has a high-pitched voice, a strong accent, and a lisp.......very difficult to understand most of the time.

LOL Yes I just discovered Downton Abbey and have been binge watching it on Amazon Prime.  Maybe her mic was covered cause I really didn't understand her
