In the original article in the OP's post, the photo is credited as a drone photo so I don't think that photo is an architect's drawing or rendering:

I've never seen any company delay or mess up returns like Q.  They'll tell you it's the holiday buying rush, holiday returns overload, warehouse issue, or any number of things.  

 

Their problem should never be the customer's problem.
