What kind of a container do the Corky's Sides actually come in?
And what are the white bakers they are always shown in? They look like Temp-tations.
Do the sides just pop out of their container frozen and then you pop them into a baker?

I think those white containers are just ones that the food is placed in for presentation. I think they come in either foil or maybe paper type containers. If those sides are the brand I tried, it was horribole--way too salty. I make better sides than that. am sure you can pop them out into another dish when slightly thawed.

@wagirl I duuno - it never looks like it was baked then scooped into another baker - more like it was baked in them. Thanks! I don't plan to order them - just curious about the bakers. I agree - can make them myself.

@FranandZoe I only buy the sweet potato casserole (I guess Corky's bought out St. Clair's) which my family loves. I get it every year. I've tried some of their other sides, but did not like them.
They come frozen in an aluminum tray with a cardboard cover. Bake from frozen by just taking off the cardboard cover. I then place the aluminum tray on a cookie sheet before putting in the oven.
Then transfer to any lovely dish you like, as they always do on air.
So long story short, they transfer the side dish into a pretty casserole for better presentation on air.

@FranandZoe --oh yes, you can let them thaw a bit from the original container and then bake them in a baking dish--have done that many times before baking.
