Cordovan or burgundy shoes are hard to find but I love them. I am needing to replace my burgundy flats and its a challenge.  Goes with navy, black, Kiki so well.

Anyone remember Aigneer (?) Back in 70's?  Classy leather goods.

@Twins Mom  I loved Aigner but their shoes always hurt my feet, darn it!

My late sister liked Aigner bags. I have a couple of her old ones-probably from the 80's.

I caught that too. If I were a host and ran across a word during my preparation that was unfamiliar to me I would look it up.

My ex-husband would sometimes wear cordovan wingtips with his gray suits (and navy blue too if I remember correctly). He was in finance and dressed to impress.

I love cordovan color....so classic and timeless.  It is my choice for loafers.

My Bass Weegan Loafers were cordovan and I loved the color.

Etienne Aigner (spelling?) had a lot of shoes and bags in cordovan.

@Twins Mom @Aigner! Wow a blast from the past. I love them. I had the hobo bag with the big a on the front!  I carried it for years and then my mom carried it! I love loafers in this color. My penny loafers are this color. Love them!  Gonna dig them out this week!

When I hear the word Cordovan, I think of my father and both brothers leather goods, shoes!

I still have several Aigner pieces in that color and I just won't part with them!

@TheMemphisVette  -  Since Courtney had so much trouble with this word, do the hosts not review anything prior to presenting?  She acted like she had never seen the word before.
