David Veneble presented another version of Lock and Lock in his recent show in San Francisco.  It was called "one click".   Lock and Lock brand has been with him so long, that presenting something so similar seemed sujrprising to me.

YES -  saw that.  When a marketing company does that - to me it's like talking out of both sides of your mouth.   I thought about Chris and wondered how she felt - her best friend selling a copy cat product. (I know - business is business - so hold your attacks please)

I've seen many copies of Lock & Lock.

I doubt that Chris's feelings are crushed.

I know that it seems odd, but personally, I sell commercial trucks...Always Chevrolet....Medium and Heavy Duty stuff..4 years ago, My owner bought a Chrysler dealership..Now I sell RAM ( which was formerly my competitor) AND Chevrolet..I do not feel it does a disservice to either company OR my customers..After all, they are BOTH great products, each has certain benefits the other doesn't, and my long time customers now have the benefit of both brands AND a "one stop shop" WIn Win!

From my experiences  NOTHING  can beat LocknLock. Not only does it keep foods fresher, but maintains freshness longer.I cannot imagine another copy beating it.As you can tell I am a fan! I do not think David should be the presenter for this product.

It's presented as having just the 1 lock, instead of 4.

I'm sure there's an audience for 1 Click.

I will remain loyal to Lock and Lock.   I am really surprized at David's lack of loyalty to the product that was with him for so long.  We could buy similar products in the grocery store, if we choose.

Lack of loyalty?? David is a salesman and works for QVC. He sells what his employer tells him to sell in any given show. I'm sure David is more loyal to his paycheck, than any product he is hawking on tv.

I think David has to sell what he is told to sell, as someone has already stated. I've been buying Lock and Lock since the first time they were on QVC. Unfortunately, the quality of the products have changed. The tops seem to be harder to close, not as flexible and the tops do not always stay closed. Then you have to start calling CS at L&L. I will continue to buy their products until something better comes along. My husband loves them but he says there can't be any pieces left that I haven't bought.

This isn't the first time they have sold storage items similar to L n L.   Just like they have their own CE air fryers and also sell the NuWave air fryer and Power Air Fryer pro.    It's business.
