@colover Well, I didn't hear it said, so I don't completely know the context, but I can imagine it's describing the sort of vibe someone wants to convey or who someone wants to show the world they are. Assuming it's opposed to or as compared to other options like a chill girl vibe (relaxed), hippie girl vibe, rich girl vibe (designer look), etc. What other options can we think of?!!

Women in their 40's and 50's desperate to be a "cool girl." They want to look like and talk like a "cool girl." Do they think the Q customer really wants to be a "cool girl"? After your teens, your "cool girl" days are behind you.....
