Convenience or Confusion???

I thought the wine opener in the croco case would be a perfect gift for my son-in-law. I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas. When I received it, it was the most beautiful purple I've ever seen. Too bad I ordered a BLUE one. Too late to return for the right color. I thought the C in QVC stood for CONVENIENCE not CONFUSION or maybe COLOR BLINDNESS!!

Way to go QVC!!!!
