I was trying to do some searches, and kept getting the "oops" page over and over till I gave up!! I was going to write a review of a product, and was required to sign in, but every time I put in my pin number, I got an error message. After five attempts, I gave up. I have e-mailed customer service, AGAIN, about this website's problems, but I only expect to receive a lame response. I am getting extremely fed up with this place. I am so limited now with what I can do that I might just move on and totally shop elsewhere. It is absurd not to be able to do a search, watch a video, view my wish list, or write a review anymore. This website S U X!!!!!!
