Coincidence on write a review page: yes or no?

The new "write a review" page requires two check marks at the bottom or a review cannot be submitted. It also mentions I may receive emails (does not say from who) and it says I can unsubscribe.

Since this form has been in effect, I have started to receive a fair number of unsolicited advertisement emails daily. I am convinced by submitting my review with the check marks I give my permission each time for the Q to share my email.

Yes, I have had ad blocker for a long time.

Yes, I checked no emails on my Q settings at least a year ago.

No, I have not visited any unusual sites lately.

This happens on Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I haven't had an increase in spam nor have I received any new ones.

@Tshirtgal - I did a review not too long ago and I've not received an increase.

@Tshirtgal @Go down to the very bottom of the home page and look for Your Privacy Choices. This title has a tiny blue and white icon next to it. You can choose what you want to keep from being shared. You can also see this same section on every page and on the Forum.
