I just got off the phone with CS.  The sterling chain I ordered was supposed to be delivered today but there is NO Tracking.  I did NOT arrive.  CS said the vendor sent Them a tracking # starting with 8.  She did Not know what company that was as UPS has a letter in the # and USPS starts with a 9.

 

How can the not know anything?  Now I am supposed to wait until the 20th to call back!

 

This is unacceptable QVC.  I have shopped here for decades but am leaning to Amazon more and more because of their very fair Return & Shipping policys.

 

Also, your "Social Team" never addressed my post on the warehouse packing items together with no tracking!   Is there no answer on this problem either???

In the past when I had an item that did not arrive and there was no tracking they sent me a replacement free of charge.  I did not have the negative experience you had at all.

Did you get the vendor's tracking number that starts with 8?

 

If you can get that, you might try Pitney Bowes tracking to see if they have any information.

IMO, it's QVC's problem and they should follow up.  I know that won't happen but until you receive the item, it's their responsibility to get the item to you in a timely fashion.  JMHO!!!

Thanks for the answers!  42 minutes on "hold" with no answer.  Typed with the "on line" help.  Can't be tracked.  Must wait until tomorrow for anything else.  No # given to me!

Chain came in today's regular mail with a PO tracking #on the outside of the box!  Still don't know why CS could not give me this or why they couldn't get it.

 

Anyway, it was not quality, way over priced with the tinest clasp I've ever seen.

Returned...

Final note.  I have to either be home or take my nervous dog with me so she won't flip out and jump on the door when deliveries show up.  

 

I always track my deliveries and need to know if something is UPS, USPS, Fed Ex.  I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue.

 

QVC needs to understand not all deliveries can just show up whenever.......
