If an item is "Clearance Sale Price," is it still returnable?   I ask because on the item itself there is NO indication that sale is final in the description.

It's not a "Last Click" or item that is 90% off.

@Julie_23. If it's not returnable, it will clearly so state.  Ordinary clearance is returnable.

Yes, they are still returnable, they are just on clearance.

@Julie_23 - Yes, you can still return items listed at a "Clearance Sale Price." The only difference between these items and the regular "Clearance Price" items is that they're being offered at an additional discount as part of a limited-time sale. (Yep, it is weird to offer an item at a clearance price, then at a deeper discount, and then revert it to the clearance price, but that's what QVC does.)

As others have noted, "Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges" will be listed in at least one spot on the item page in bold red print if that is applicable.

Just one thought of caution for everyone....

I have recently order 2 items that were clearance.

They did NOT say No returns at the time I ordered.

Several days later....they DID add the no returns banner and changed the wording to Blowout Clearance.  

They were NOT any lower in price!!

I took screen shots just in case I had an issue.....I don't.

However, I don't like when the No return policy is added after it has already been for sale with returns being an option.

I received an item a few days ago, which was on clearance, with the invoice stating it was non returnable.

No where on the item's page was that indicated.  I did a live chat and asked if all "clearance" items are unable to be returned and the rep told me that was correct.

I've returned clearance items in the past so I don't understand why this is any different.

@RespectLife , @jepsmom -- Thank you for mentioning this.  I had a similar experience where I ordered a blouse, with no indication it was final sale, and no returns were allowed.  Not sure if it's a glitch on their website or not, but I'm hoping they make a point of indicating that much more clearly.

Same thing happened to me. I am not sure the presentation host mentioned the item was returnable. After I was declined when I wanted to send the item back I looked at the original description and price info and noted that above the description was a statement in red that the item could not be returned. I wanted to return for a different size and was declined as the size was no longer available. I wonder if the size I wanted was available would they allow return. My only advice is to look carefully at the descriptions and when the price is too good to be true it is usually not returnable. I think the gap tells readers if price ends in a "7" then not returnable. I think the Q could make this clearer.
