Clearance Price is Higher than Regular Price

Candle Impressions s/4 candles. The regular price is .02 LOWER than the clearance price. I have seen some pathetic markdowns from the Q before, but this one takes the cake!

I have these on my wish list because I'd really like a set to place under a small gingerbread tree that I use in my kitchen. I just don't understand why Q doesn't offer perhaps a one day free shipping sale or something like that. They obviously don't want to reduce the clearance price! There are quite a few items on my wish list that I'd probably cave in and buy if the price would ever move in the right direction enough to get my attention.
