For goodness sake.  That happened last year.  It was an off-camera mistake and they laughed it off so no one felt too bad.  

I like when people can laugh at themselves instead of taking something like that so seriously.  I'm sure the person who did it felt awful, until it was deemed OK & funny to relieve the pressure.

Most people have spilled things in the kitchen.  I'm not sure why this is even being brought up.
