Tried to get some info about this from CS. She tried to hurry me along-still not sure.

They're saying it, but I wouldn't take the chance unless it was for me !

I wouldn't count on it. Several years ago I ordered a gold necklace which was guaranteed to arrive before Chjristmas and it arrived several days later. The mail delivery is much slower now than it was back then. When I called and told customer service that the neclace didn't arrive before Christmas they acted like it was no big deal.

@Group 5 minus 1 What information did you want from CS? What could they possibly tell you other than well process your order fast and get it to the shipper? Beyond that, it's out of their control.
This "guarantee" isn't anything new. Same thing every year after year. Nothing happens if it doesn't get there in time. It's oops, we tried but too bad.

Guarantee Christmas delivery should not be in the Q's vocabulary.

They can't guarantee delivery, so they should NEVER say it !

Someone should call and ask live on-air about it.
I suspect it's an empty promise, but let's hear what they say.

They say that every year. I just hope I get David's coffee mugs so I can have coffee with him on Thursday and chat away

I don't care what they say. They cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for anything we buy from this day on. That is why hubby and nephew are out shopping now.

QVC and all retailers can say "guaranteed" but once it's left their warehouse -- they don't have control.
today again, at my front door were packages FED EX delivery. I haven't ordered anything I haven't received...the driver again delivered to wrong address.
Nicely, I called the recipient who lives in another subdivision ...talk about nasty like I "stole" her package ... at first, I was going to take it to her but after her tone I told her if she wanted it she could come get it ...
still sitting here as I type this called her 10am. guess she's not concerned about her "lost" package like I was!
So bottom line : sure QVC can guarantee it's "processed" but surely can't "guarantee delivery driver can read"!
