Christmas in July was started early on June 25, 2022. The hosts stated that the return policy would be January 31, 2023. Apparently no one at the Q knows that nor are they aware of the Christmas in July return policy. I returned two items out of the 24 that I ordered in July being returned to me because "do not qualify for a return."  When I call CS they aren't aware of the holiday policy. I will no longer purchase any items under the auspices of the Christmas late return because this company doesn't keep its policies.

Only items purchased during a Christmas in July show are eligible for extended returns.  Anything else has a regular return window.

The extended return policy for all items started in September.  I don't remember the exact date.

How could CS not be informed about this? Both HSN and QVC have had their Christmas in July return policy for years.

Help me understand. If I purchase a gift for example on October 20th, I can return it AFTER Christmas until Jan 31st. But I cannot return it before Christmas if it is beyond the 30 days to normally return.

No, we are officially in the return window. Anything that you purchase during this period can be returned up to January 31st 2023.

Might be right. I vaguely remember watching a show when they said the Christmas in July period was starting earlier this year. It started at the end of June.

   I to thought everything purchased during their week or so of CIJ sale was eligible for  extended return , however  heard during one show that " only certain CIJ sale items were eligible" for  extended return.  Many of the Hosts , don't seem to make it really clear  that some items are excluded from CIJ extended return . 

  Instead of Hosts  talking abt their families or nonsense maybe they need to have an infomercial to explain  CIJ  limitations  as being different than their statrting in Sept  Christmas return policy on All items purchased.

vmlii what date did you purchase these items? Only items on designated CIJ dates have the 1/31/23 return policy. Contact the mods and give them the dates of your purchases and they will tell you if they qualify for extended returns.
