Christmas Presents order from the Q 12/19 will be late!

I ordered some items as Christmas gifts on 12/19. I called them a couple of days ago as they were still showing as 'in process' - the CS rep I spoke to said not to worry, they would be delivered on or before 12/24. Today I check the status - showing as shipped today. Cat in hells chance of arriving in time for Christams, which means i've got to rush out today and buy backup gifts AND then have to return the late stuff from the Q - Not impressed one bit! They guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas - what good does that failed guarantee do me now???
