@Itsjustme4  ..... As what happens a lot on this forum those that accuse or are "snarky" when proven wrong do not apologize for their comment. I am sorry this happened to you. The accusation should not have even been made. You did not say it was factual. You said Customer Service said it. I hope you still continue to post (best to ignore some comments).

Someone posted a thank you for the cookies on QVC's FB page.  QVC's thank yous and promotional giveaways are very random.

Thank you.  My sister still had the box and paper work so she just sent me this picture of the gift note included from the Q that she didn't notice when she took the cookies out.    I don't have a Q card so I won't get the cookies, but I understand the promo now.

No, @Itsjustme4 you are not a liar. I was trying to be funny by implying QVC never gives anything of value away. I've been outside doing yard work and just came in and saw that my comment came across as hurtful. I'm sorry.
