I can’t batter dip and deep fry a rotisserie chicken or make a decent stir fry. When I make stock with a rotisserie chicken, it turns out much too salty. No one at my house has died yet.

@depglass I'm the opposite.  I don't know who has handled that rotisserie chicken or how long it has been hanging around.  I don't buy them.  I buy organic whole chickens, split them and roast them.
