Thankfully I did. I had returned 3 items that were wrong size, etc. that I had given for Christmas gifts. I called ahead to explain then sent back with instructions to credit to origional credit card. My account (on line) showed the returns but no credit amount-strange-so I called and the very nice lady told me that all 3 gift amounts had been credited to to the giftee (?)--whom Q has no idea. Anyway she was just as confused as I was and corrected the mistake-was very helpful. This is the 1st time there has been a problem with any return--glad I checked.
