Re: Cancelled All Food Orders!

[ Edited ]

@AuntG - I actually just ordered some Cheryl's cookies from the Q and was pleasantly surprised to find that they shipped via two-day UPS rather than the usual SurePost. However, the cookies shipped in the standard "bow box," so if you're having really hot temperatures, I don't think I'd order from QVC. You could try calling Cheryl's directly or check their website to see if they have any special options for shipping in warm weather, but in my experience, the boxes have always shipped the same way.

ETA: Just to clarify, I ordered the single-flavor set of salted caramel cookies, in case that makes a difference; I would doubt that all of the Cheryl's assortments offer the option of shipment via two-day UPS.

I actually consider the season, I only order things in the winter time that are going to arrive in dry ice.

It's just too hot here and qvc will have a disclaimer that says, yes all of your dry ice might be gone but the food is still safe.  I don't buy that.

i have had a few frozen items arrive with all or most of the dry ice gone. the food items have been solid as a rock. if they werent, i would call or email customer service. they will give you a full refund.

Over the years, I have also ordered many different frozen food items. I have also had the dry ice mainly melted, but our food was still frozen solid as well.
