Yes...if you follow the tracking of your packages, they do come from all over.  Some are shipped directly from the vendors, so don't even come from a QVC warehouse.  

 

At last, it seems like they have some warehouses on the West Coast, where I live, and I'm receiving some of my orders in less than a week.  It used to take 10-14 days for almost anything.
