I can't play ANY of the videos. I rarely have time to watch live and mainly order online. Is it just me? I don't order if I can't see the recorded videos.

Try using a different browser temporarily.  I've had no trouble seeing videos

Hello I am glad you posted this.  I started having the same issue mid week last week.   I chatted with someone from QVC and they said they would report it.   I am now able to get the videos on my phone but not my tablet or laptop. last week I could not get videos on any of my devices.  I hope someone in tech support reads this...

My laptop using Edge has worked fine till yesterday....not playing the browser hopping game anymore.....their loss, not mine.

Interesting that several people also have this problem. Obviously, it's on QVC's end and they aren't doing much to rectify the situation.

 

NOT OUR PROBLEM if they don't care about their customers enough to have a top-notch IT Department! Haven't cared for a very long time about what the Q offers (or doesn't). I shop elsewhere for almost everything.

@BirkiLady    There are those of use who can view the vidoes, read reveiws and see pictures of the items. All things that others say they can't do. So how is this on QVC's end when others are not having these problems?

I can view Jennifer Coffey do yoga and Steve Doss teach Jessica how to cook, but I cannot view ANY product videos. on air or online.   If Various people are having the problem and do not share the same type equipment or browser then it it NOT the customer's problem, it is the IT dept at QVC.   I have called and chatted with QVC who denies they know about the problem!!   Really?   They monitor this board!   DUH!   And I bet I am not the only one to call.

I had to switch browsers.  It's working on Safari but not Chrome.  And it's also fine on the app on my I-phone.

I am not one who has complaints with QVC and hosts.  It is always IT issues  I complain about and I am not a complainer generally.  QVC really needs to upgrade their web provider as there are way too many glitches.  Every week it is something else.  I can't view the video's either and have not bought several items that I may have had I been able to see them.  Good for me, bad for QVC.

 

And no, I'm not going to play the browser switching game all the time.

I refuse to switch browsers, either, some of which I consider dangerous. in my opinion.
