Twice now I have ordered things being shipped by the vendor and even if you try to cancel the same day it is impossible. Sometimes you just change your mind and QVC should let us know when a product being presented is being shipped as you hit the submit button.
They say cancel pending, but it never happens. I wonder if they even try to cancel. These vendors who ship their own products certainly don't want to hear anything is cancelled. I think it is a tactic used to prevent change of minds.
Of course it can be returned, but then you pay return shipping. I think they should give you 24 hours to cancel anything. JMHO
P.S. Wen did this the day of their TSV last month. I couldn't cancel even within 12 hours of placing my order.
