Can't access Forums on my smart phone anymore

So annoying. I had a bookmarked Forums page (from the website), now it runs into an error message. I see the Forums on my desktop but it is a different view than what I'm used to. I called C.S., no troubleshooting help, but she did say they've been working on the web site this past week. I did put in a request for the Forums to be accessible through the app.--- that would be an improvment. I feel like such a dinosaur with this technology stuff. Miss scrolling the Forums when we are watching TV. Sigh.

@birdQ13,, it’s not you. I havent been able to access the forums for months. At one point I could view them but not respond and then I couldn’t even do that. I get the same error. It says error incurred and to call administrator.

i never bothered looking into it though. I just didn’t have the patience.

I have been having the same problem. It started a week or so ago. Glad to know it is just not me. I get the error message too. Kind of miss not being able to go to the forum on my phone.

I've been getting that pink error message on my phone for over a week. A poster here having the same problem tipped me off that she could get in putting her phone on Full View (instead of Mobile View) which I never knew I had before.it's in the bottom right corner of my Android

Galaxy. I still get a shorter pink can't access message but when I click on Forums I get access to them, although the screen is huge on full view.

Can't access from app on my ipad either. You have to go to qvc.com to read the forums.

On the app, if you click on the go to sweepstakes page (your leaving qvc page) you can scroll down and see link to forums without entering the sweepstakes.

I don't seem to have any trouble getting forum access on my phone. I can get both mobile and full views with no error messages.

Same issues here with my phone. I get on my tablet but can't use app.Have to go to QVC.com website to get forums.

The app doesn't work on my iPhone. I got rid of that and googled qvc forums and had to chose full view. All this was just for forums as that is all I use on my phone. I use iPad for the website.
