Can't Track an Order?

Happened to me before .  When trying to track an order, you get a message that something went wrong, try again or contact Customer Service.  Anyone else having issues?  Can track other orders, it's just one that I get the message on.

 @naturalfan  I'm having the same issue. I sent a few things back at the same time. One has never tracked, the others are. I'm hoping the one not tracking is traveling back with the ones that are. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a screen shot or write down the tracking number so I have no way of tracking it on my own. Silly me, I assumed I would be able to use this tracking..

Yes, I can't even get a tracking number to query on UPS or USPS websites.
