Can't Track Returns??? (Venting)

Why??? There's either reorder next to all my orders, 2 old things on my wish list that keep coming back, or there's no information on tracking returns or orders!!! Come on QVC, this has been going on for months. You can't get your website fixed so we don't have to call???
